CsI(Tl) scintillation detector with SiPM readout. Crystal size 8*8*31 mm = 2 cm3, Fantastic resolution of 6.2%@662 keV measured using Atom Nano Pro electronics ans Cs137 source.
For best results use with 42.7 Volts bias. Excellent gain - at least 1 nC of charge per MeV of dissipated energy with 42.7 V bias voltage.
