We accept payment through PayPal only.  Payments must be received within 14 days of auction end.

We process your order within 3 business day upon payment(note: NOT counting holidays or weekends).

We process and dispatch your purchase within 2 business day after payment clearance.

We offer free USPS or FEDEX Package as default.

If you choose express post, we charge a flat rate and we Express Post, which can be delivered in 1-3 business days, depending on your location.

Please contact us first when return, exchange and refund is required.

Any direct return of purchased items will not be processed.

Change-of-mind return can only be accepted within 7 days after purchase.

All other returns can be accepted in 30 days.

We will closely examine the condition of the returned items and will not issue any refund/exchange before we make sure the items are in their original neat conditions.
