LL Beam sizes include the neck circumference of 18 which corresponds to an XXL size. 

A sleeve length of 36 which corresponds to an XL - XXL.  The sleeve length is measured differently than the pictures.  LL Beam measures from the center back neck, straight to over the point of the shoulder and then a 90 degree turn down the outside of the arm to the wrist.
