Late-Ottoman era Arabic language regional map, 1909

A vilayet, also known by various other names, was a first-order administrative division of the later Ottoman Empire. It was introduced in the Vilayet Law of 21 January 1867.

CONDITION: Fair: Top edge trimmed. Wear at tops of folds. Manuscript annotations, partly erased. Please note any other blemishes on the scan prior to purchasing this picture.
