Ordered parts that are in stock are shipped the day after we
receive the order. If a part that you require is not
currently available in our warehouse, we will ensure its
prompt delivery from our network of domestic and foreign
partners.
In urgent cases it is possible to dispatch the parts ordered
on the same day that the order was received, or you can
arrange a personal pick-up at our warehouse in Kosmonosy, 24
hours a day, 365 days a year.
First obtain a functional part and only then send your
dysfunctional part to us. We will repair it and transfer it
to our warehouse for another customer. In most cases the
cost for replacement is cca. 10% higher than the cost for
repair, but you will receive the functional part almost
instantaneously, without the necessity of waiting for the
repair.
We also offer the option of testing parts in our service
centre. During the testing of the product whether or not the
product works the way that it should work is evaluated in a
simulated situation.
We implement repairs of components that are designated for
industrial automation. The cost for the repair is always
determined in advance and it usually ranges between 20 and
40% of the original price of the new product. Most simple
repairs are completed in 2-4 weeks, while in urgent cases we
offer express repairs in the shortened term.Based on this
information we will determine the purchase price and prepare
an offer for you.
We will buy from you any components related to industrial
automation, both those that are non-functional and those
that are mechanically damaged. We also buy parts from
shutdown warehouses such as remaining assembly parts and
parts that are outdated because of technology upgrading.
We also buy-out entire production lines; we ensure their
disassembly and thereby reduce the need for your investment
in the new technology.
Send us a list of parts, always specifying: The manufacturer
and the designation of the part; for example: Siemens 6ES5
466-3LA11 and the number of items required. The condition of
a new part: the packaging was opened, intact / of a used
part: functional, non-functional. The asking price. Or
contact our sales representative who will visit you and, if
necessary, will take photos of parts of or of the entire
device, making a list of them, etc. Based on this
information we will determine the purchase price and prepare
an offer for you.

Sie bekommen zuerst das funktionierende Teil und erst danach
senden Sie ihr nichtfunktionierendes Teil an uns zu. Dieses
reparieren wir und lassen es für weitere Kunden auf Lager.
Der Preis für den Austausch ist in der Mehrheit der Fälle um
10 % höher gegenüber dem Preis einer Reparatur, jedoch
erhalten Sie sozusagen sofort und ohne Warten auf eine
Reparatur ein funktionsfähiges Teil.
Gleichzeitig bieten wir auch die Möglichkeit des Testens von
Teilen in unserem Servicezentrum an Beim Testen des Produkts
wird in einer simulierten Situation die Tatsache
ausgewertet, ob das Produkt so funktioniert, wie es
funktionieren sollte.
Wir führen Reparaturen von Komponenten der
Industrieautomatisierung durch. Der Preis der Reparatur wird
immer im Voraus festgelegt und bewegt sich in der Regel in
