The Story

I bought a storage unit site unseen. The story goes, the unit was paid for by auto pay for 10+ years. The last 7 years the unit sat untouched and then one day it was abandoned. Looking like it was all trash it almost didn't get a buyer. I scored!

Forty Years of Hoarding

The stuff in the back was nicely packed and untouched for 30+ years. The stuff closest to the entrance had been tossed for years - perhaps while someone dug in search of something else.

When the Dust Settled

I found these packed in the back with a bunch of vintage clothes and thought I might put them on some day, so I kept them. I had wanted a pair of these when I was a teen. But, who am I kidding? As cute as they're I can't get away it any longer. Then I thought, maybe I'll mass produce them! I love them! But who am I kidding...

For Parts or might not work

I've no way of testing these shorts to know how well they will hold up. They're officially old. They seem to be in really good shape. I've done nothing to them. I didn't even wash them. But, it looks as if someone has. On some of the seams they have used something to hold the seams together or to stop any further fraying. The last few pics show the fraying.

Again, the seams are holding really well, but I'd probably hand wash them and never put them in the dryer or use an iron on them.

Try it Try it and You'll See

I will gladly accept a return for 30 days. No questions asked and no hard feelings. Any issues I'll refund every penny of your purchase price.

I hope you love them and they hold up for another 30+ years. Wouldn't that be something! Vintage never goes out of style!
