Directions

Wash and dry your nose to remove any oils. Peel the liner off the strip. Place the strip across the bridge of your nose, with the tabs just above the flaring part of the nostril. Press down the ends and rub gently to secure the strip in place. To remove, loosen the ends and gently lift off the strip. If needed, wash your face with warm water to help with removal.
