Return Conditions:
- Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, in accordance with our eBay return policy settings.
- Item Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned in the exact same condition as it was sent. This includes all original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, and any sealed-in components (e.g., software, batteries).
- Deductions for Diminished Value: For non-defective returns, if the item is returned used, damaged, missing parts, or has been altered, we reserve the right to deduct up to 50% of the refund amount to cover the loss in the item's value, as per eBay's seller protection policies. For returns based on buyer's remorse, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
