I am the original purchaser. Wore it for a few months here and there. 

Battery died and i just put it away.

Glass looks good.

It's been in storage in a tub of odds and ends since the 90s.

Almost certain it still works but not entirely. 

Will definitely need some maintenance like cleaning and changing battery.
