This is a McCullogh 2500CXL long reach garden multitool with hedge trimmer and strimmer attachments. It has a good two-stroke engine and excellent cutting performance – one of several McCullogh tools I have listed - utterly reliable and serviced ready to go.

Simple start – push the primer bulb to get the petrol up to the carb – choke on to fire it and then choke off to run it - it will run until you stop it with the switch on the handle. It comes with a shoulder harness - though to be fair I have never used it so it woll need a bit of untangling!

This is a multitool head which can take a range of attachments and extensions typically including a pruning saw, brush cutter, edger etc. which  drive via the square drive shaft and any number of makes of tools fit - I only have the strimmer and hedge cutter with it and they may not be original but I have been using both and both work fine.

These machines are really well balanced and light to use but we have gone to a battery one so no longer need this.

Hopefully the pictures describe it so please have a good look – what is there is what there is - I’ll answer any questions I can but viewing is recommended – I am no expert. This has just been serviced with a fuel flush and new fuel lines - it is ready to go.
