This is a French map titled Plan du Havre Chabrol (Ile Oualan) et Plan du Port Lottin (Ile Oualan), (Map of Chabrol Harbor [Oualan Island] and Map of Port Lottin [Oualan Island]).

Oualan Island now known as Kosrae.

These maps were produced based on surveys conducted during the expedition of the French corvette La Coquille, commanded by Louis Isidore Duperrey.

The map shows topographic features, coastal lines, and bathymetric data (depth soundings) recorded by French naval officers.
