All items in this store are sourced in Japan. Most of them are rare, one-of-a-kind pieces with history and character.

• The condition and included accessories are shown in the photos, so please check all pictures carefully before deciding to buy.
• Music, and electronic devices may be Japanese versions (Japan / NTSC-J, etc.).
• Please make sure in advance that your own device or system is compatible with Japanese versions/Japanese specifications before placing your order. This confirmation is the buyers responsibility.

Please complete your payment within 6 days after purchase or winning an auction. If you need a little more time, please send us a message in advance.

• For orders where the total item price is up to 2,500 USD, we include the U.S. import duty of a little over 15% in our pricing.
• The duty portion is built into the shipping charge, so you will not need to pay additional import duty at the time of delivery.
• For orders where the total item price exceeds 2,500 USD, we do not include any import duty in the sale price.
• In that case, any customs duties charged in the United States must be paid by you, the recipient.

These conditions apply to all transactions without exception.

If you receive your order in a country or region other than the United States, any customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

• In addition to the item price and shipping cost, your local customs office may charge extra duty or handling fees based on their own assessment.
• Any such charges must be paid by the buyer and are entirely the buyers responsibility.
• We cannot declare a lower value than the actual price, and we cannot mark items as gifts on customs documents.

This rule also applies to every order without exception.

• We will ship your order within a maximum of 10 business days after your payment has been confirmed.
• Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) in Japan, Japanese national holidays, and carrier holidays are not counted as business days.
• We ship from Japan by trackable international express service and choose the shipping method that seems fastest and most reliable at that time.
• For orders with a total item price of 750 USD or more, we add a signature-on-delivery service, and the recipients signature will be required upon receipt.

• We accept returns within 60 days from the delivery date.
• Return shipping costs must be paid by the buyer.
• Please pack the item securely and return it in the same condition as when you received it, including all accessories.
