A collection of Third Five-Year Plan State Loan Bonds (third year issue) issued in 1940 in the USSR. These were massive government loans, the proceeds of which were used to finance industrialization and strengthen the country's defense capability before World War II.
- 100 rubles: A large vertical bond with a rich ornament.
- 50 rubles: A horizontal bond in a brown/orange hue.
- 25 rubles: A smaller bond in a similar style.
- 10 rubles: The smallest denomination in this series.
