Disc is in good shape with some light scratches/smudges but works!

Manual and case has been submerged in water. Manual was air dried with no stuck pages but does have some tears and rips. ONE PART OF THE REGISTRATION MANUAL IS STUCK AS SHOWN.

Cover and manual are wavy/warp as shown
