If there is packaging damage, deformation, impact marks, please do not sign, take pictures to leave proof, and contact online customer service within 24 hours to inform the specific situation.
③ Bicycle is a large commodity, has chosen a professional transport company distribution, and thickened packaging, bike key parts have protective measures, but because of the special nature of large commodities, long-distance transport will inevitably scratch paint bruises. If scratching the paint can be covered with stickers, nail polish or paint repair pen; if the bump can contact customer service to send parts, does not affect the whole bike ride, such as the appearance of higher requirements, please be careful with the order. Transport is not easy, scratching the paint, small scratches, bruises, bumps not as a car quality problems return reasons, mind please order with caution.

About warranty
① If you buy from ROCKBROS official shop, you do not need to present the invoice and warranty card, we will serve you directly according to the record of your purchase.
② If the bicycle you purchased fails after being used correctly in accordance with the instructions, you can contact the online customer service to consult the after-sales treatment plan. Such as the need for replacement parts we will send you through the parts and guide you to replace. We promise to give priority to the use of original parts, a few parts due to long delivery period or discontinued, we will use the same level of parts to replace.
③ Vehicles such as improper maintenance, rental operation, accidental scratching, private modification, consumable parts are not timely maintenance and replacement, resulting in damage to other parts, disassembled resulting in damage to the parts, lost, improperly assembled damage caused by the warranty is not covered.

① Due to personal preference, painting colour, scratching paint, small paint scuffs, bumps and individual spare parts lost in transit (consultation does not accept the replacement of spare parts), the size does not fit the reasons for the refusal to sign or return, may arise from the shipping costs and package costs, borne by the customer (please consult customer service for details of the specific logistics charges) Wish you a happy shopping!
