These are from an individual collector's equipment sold at auction that included vintage shortwave radios, radios, speakers, voltmeters, transmitters, power supplies, a multitude of vacuum tubes and a variety of other electronics. These have NOT been tested but based on past sales all of the items have worked well. 
I have no expertise in this area.. so this item is not tested, other than lights on with power.
