SHIPPING

We know speed matters. This is why orders are processed Monday through Friday, with most shipping out within two business days or less. 

We ship to most physical addresses in the continental U.S. (no P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or international shipping).

Orders are shipped exactly as entered at checkout, so please double-check your address before submitting. Any extra shipping costs due to an incorrect address will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Our standard shipping will arrive in 3-7 business days. Please use the expedited shipping options, if available, if you need the item sooner. We use a variety of shipping services including UPS, USPS and Fedex.

RETURNS

New, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund with no restocking fee.

Items that have been installed, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return. Electrical items are non-returnable. If a return is due to our error, we’ll cover the return shipping. Otherwise, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving returned items, oftentimes much quicker. If you need to return an item, please contact us to get a return authorization number and further instructions.
