Big bling ring napkin holder set of 4.  Napkin rings are silver tone with clear stones.  See photos taken with ruler for more detail on size and added description.  

One of the stones has a chunk missing on its side that is hard to see unless you look for it.  There are no sharp edges.  Looks like a manufacturer defect and they glued the stone in anyway.  There is a visible air bubble in the top of one of the stones.  See last 3 photos where these defects are shown.
