Almost empty-nest mom of 3 children with a new passion project making small batch baby clothes in my spare time. I love to make quilts or use found/gifted vintage quilts to make these beautiful pieces! Each item I make is unique with a focus on suing scraps and limiting fabric waste. This garment has been made from a beginner quilt that I personally sewed several years ago with replica vintage high quality quilting cotton.

Sewn with love (sounds corny but is true). Sized for babies aged 0-3 months. The vintage pearl snaps were sourced from a second hand store add a touch of nostalgia to the design. This upcycled garment is sure to keep your baby warm and looking adorable.

Smoke free home. *fabric washed before assembly but garment has not been washed with Dreft or other mild baby detergent* . Recommend handwashing and hang to dry prior to putting it on your little one. Fabric has no rips or tears. Vest fully lined. Seams are all reinforced. All inside seams are finished/serged.

About me:

I am a full time working mom (I am a school based OT) and have been using this particular pattern to sew vests and jackets in my spare time as gifts for family and friends. I have received lots of positive feedback from new moms and grand-moms for both the quality of the fabric/sewing and the fit of the pattern. Full disclosure….I am not a professional seamstress and make these on my home sewing machine as a hobby.
