Import Duties & Taxes

We do not mark items as gifts or declare lower values on customs forms. Doing so is against international laws.

Shipping

• Ships from JAPAN.
• Carriers: FedEx / DHL / Japan Post.
• We only ship to the address registered with eBay. Off-platform or alternate address requests cannot be accepted.
• Dispatch within 5–10 business days after payment confirmation.
• Depending on customs, logistics, or operational conditions, we may ship via an equivalent carrier (FedEx, DHL, or Japan Post) while maintaining full tracking and delivery standards.
• Items containing lithium batteries are subject to air transport regulations, which may affect the shipping method and delivery time.
• Remote area surcharges (e.g., DHL/UPS) may apply; we will contact you if necessary.
• If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unpaid duties, reshipping costs or actual expenses may be deducted from refunds.
• Delays may occur due to customs inspections, natural disasters, or postal strikes.
• We do not ship to APO/FPO/MPO (military) addresses in the U.S.

Each item is tested and inspected prior to shipment.

Due to air transportation, there is a possibility that damage or malfunction may occur during transit.

We take maximum care when packing and shipping; however, we kindly ask for your understanding.

In the event of a full refund, only the item price will be refunded.

Return

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for initial defects only. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

For other reasons, international return shipping and any related costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
