Another rare, obsolete part from the Lunch Pail !
This alternator pulley is original equipment for many 1969 to 1973 Mustang models as well most other Ford & Mercury vehicles of that period.
And it's an official service replacement for vehicles all the way back to model year 1965, used on alternators ranging from 38 Amps to 61 Amps.
What follows is just a partial list of applications. Info in parentheses will identify models other than Mustang.:
- 1965 — 289 without Air Conditioning
- 1966 — 289 without Thermactor Smog Controls
- 1967 — 390 GT
- 1968 — 289, 302, 390 GT
- 1969 — 302 with Power Steering
- 1969 — 428 Police (Full-Size, only)
- 1970 — 302 with Air Conditioning
- 1970 — 351 Windsor or Cleveland
- 1970 — 428 with Air Conditioning (Full-Size, only)
Dimensions: 2.84" O.D., 0.67" I.D., 1.02" Deep and the sheave takes a 0.38" belt. Not sure this is what you need? Ask before bidding.
You're looking at exactly the same part that was installed at Assembly. But many models with 'HD Cooling' use a dual-sheave pulley.
It looks great...guaranteed good enough for your show car. Why fool around with used stuff when you can have the real deal, brand new?
Is your car's restoration for personal pride or a hunt for show-points? Either way, you can't go wrong by choosing NOS parts. Don't miss out ! |
