W. Goebel Porzellanfabrik Archival Series 2006 "The Yellow Submarine Collection".  This limited-edition set is #544/1968.  The number 1968 signifies the year the movie Yellow Submarine was released.
Brand New in Original Box, box has maybe slight storage wear 

Produced at Rodental, Germany, these were manufactured from the original 1968 molds!   The original Molds have were then destroyed by Goebel, thus ensuring these Beatles figurines will never be produced again!   Each figurine has been hand painted and kiln fired for a beautiful finish 

Each figure measures approx. 9" x 3", contained in a blue leather-like Presentation Box.


This set originally retailed for $1,000 USD in 2006.
The figurines are sequentially numbered with matching edition numbers and bear The Yellow Submarine logo, Goebel backstamp, plus the original mold number. The historic figurines were modeled by Master Sculptor Gerhard Skrobek in 1968 based on illustrations from the film. 

The sets were released in 2006 with just 1,968 sets available worldwide.
