Features：

Smoke leak detector, due to the characteristics of smoke, can perform leak detection on the entire pipeline, with visual operation, all-round, no dead corners, and no missing leakage points.

Short smoke output time: Output a large amount of smoke within 10 seconds, greatly reducing diagnostic time and improving work efficiency.

Simple and practical: With easy-to-use features and hook design, the conical adapter and airbag adapter can adapt to most air intakes.

Overheat and antifreeze protection: The smoke detector is equipped with the latest intelligent protection devices. When the temperature of the equipment exceeds 75 degrees Celsius, the power protection device will intelligently start and shut down to ensure the safety of the operator and equipment. If the device operates continuously for more than 15 minutes, it will be protected from overheating for a protection time greater than 10 minutes. This device is also suitable for low-temperature operation. Only car batteries with a full capacity of 12V are supported.

How to Test It?

1. Inject 10ml-20ml of test oil into the smoke leak detector, filling 20ML of test fluid, under standard working conditions, can be used continuously for about 10 minutes; (about Smoke Oil: advise use the Baby oil)
2. Open the pipe that needs to be connected with the leak detector.
3. Install the airbag adapter into the sealed pipe and connect the device to the smoke conduit.
4. Connect the leak detector to the DC12V battery and the device will start working. NOTE: red clamp tp positive(+), and black clamp to negative(-)
5. The pipe will be filled with smoke and the leakage point will be checked.
6. Test the leaking pipeline, under the premise of sealing accurately, generally about 1 minute can be filled with smoke, if there is a leak, within 3 minutes, you can observe the results.

Cautions:
1. When you use this Foxwell SD201 Car Smoke Leak Detector for the first time, fill with 10-20ml baby oil. Please be careful NOT to beyond this range.
 2. Fresh oil can be filled with only when the smoke gets thin, and it can't be filled over 20ml each time.
 3 . Before filling fresh oil, please pour out the left oil in the detector & replace the detector oil regularly.
 4. During the process of leak detection, please keep away from smoke-sensitive parts.
5. Do NOT run the detector over 8 minutes continuously. It needs interval rest.
 6. The detector has an intelligent protector, if it exceeds the working limit, such as over 75 ℃, it will automatically turn off the power. In this case, please operate it later.
 7. The round part of this detector has temperature, please be careful to avoid burns.
 8.  If the test pipe needs to be disconnected in the middle, please secure the other side with a rubber stopple.
