This lot features a set of four vintage plastic candy containers in the shape of soft-serve ice cream cones (pink, yellow, orange, and white). These are authentic "dime store" novelties distributed by the York Distribution Company (YDC) of York, PA, the primary supplier for the McCrory Corporation's variety stores.

 Three of the four 3-inch containers retains its original contents label and two have a retail price sticker showing the "YDC" logo, and a 30¢ price point with the stock number above. Manufactured in China, these full containers are in excellent vintage condition. A great piece of retail history from the era of McCrory’s and G.C. Murphy variety stores. Sold as vintage collectibles only; the candy/gum is roughly 35–40 years old and is not for consumption.
