Guarantee & Return Policy:  In any event a part does not live up to our customer's reasonable expectations, we will ship a replacement or issue a refund within one business day of receiving returned item. Full refund for defective items; partial refund in situations where buyer purchased a wrong part or if part is not returned in original condition. Process must begin within 30 days of original delivery date. After 30 days, the following warranty kicks in...

Warranty:  If there is any internal failure during normal usage within one year*, upon receipt of returned unit we will rebuild and return ship at no charge to our customer.  Improper installation (including neglect to purge transmission cooling system prior to operation) will void this warranty.  Return authorization required.  Return shipping costs are owner's responsibility.  Consequential damages (labor, towing costs, etc.) are not covered by this warranty. 

*We do not offer a silly 'lifetime warrantee' because 99.9% of any problems that arise from improper rebuilding will appear almost  immediately. We believe 1 year is a realistic warranty, and refuse to insult you with pie-in-the-sky claims to get your money. FYI: many sellers with tall promises have short lifespans and after a year (or sooner!) the ones that are left will often tell you your problem is an installation, abuse, or poor maintenance issue.
