Return Policies

All returned items must be in their original, unopened manufacturer's packaging. We strongly recommend keeping the original packaging for at least thirty (30) days after the purchase date. A thirty (30) day return policy applies to all items, unless otherwise noted in the listing details. Video games must be returned unopened and in their original packaging. For defective items, returns are accepted within fifteen (15) days, requiring both a receipt and the original packaging. Exchanges for defective items are limited to the same product title. All returned items must be in their original condition, complete with the original packaging and all original contents. To prevent damage during transit, returns must be packaged securely and appropriately. For any return requests, please contact us immediately to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and comprehensive return instructions. A restocking fee, ranging from 10% to 20%, may be applicable. Please allow three to five (3-5) business days for processing returns after we receive the returned package. Any returns that violate this policy will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
