Restored Art Deco-MCM Porcelain Sconces by Porcelier, Opal Glass Shades, Restored

These porcelain sconces were manufactured by Porcelier sometime between 1928 and 1953, the lifetime of the company, and they are suitable for both art deco and MCM motifs.

The porcelain sconces have an off-white color and they come with custard glass shades.  The sconces and shades are in very good condition and are ready to hang on your wall.  There is minor chipping around the rims of the shades.  One sconce appears slightly darker because it it a little thicker glass.  The sconces even have their original porcelain pull knobs, a bonus since these are missing more than half the time.

We have carefully cleaned each of the sconces and removed the old wall paint and household dirt from the sides and backs.   Each fixture has a bulb socket with a built in pull chain switch.  We disassembled the switches, cleaned and polished the parts, lubed them, and put them back together.  We replaced the original nickel plated pull chains with like kind in order to brighten them up.  We added new wiring and they work perfectly and should be good for decades into the future.  We have tested everything and everything is guaranteed to work correctly.

The sale includes the correct mounting hardware (mounting nuts, threaded nipples, crossbars).

Dimensions:  4-3/8" wide x 6-3/8" high where they meet the wall, 8" high to end of pull chain knob, project 4-1/2" from the wall. Use standard base bulbs (not included).

Shipping is buyer's choice of USPS Ground Advantage, UPS or FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority Mail.

Guaranteed to perform correctly and to be as described.
