Here is a beautiful 1996 Mercedes-Benz S320 Sedan in Black Opal Metallic over Light Tan leather interior. This three-owner S Class was purchased new in the SF Bay area and remained in that area after changing hands in 2003. The car was regularly serviced and stayed with its second owner through the beginning of 2023 when it came to AZ. The body on the car is in very good condition and was extremely well maintained. The paint on the car is finished in its original color of Black Opal Metallic and is in excellent all around. This S Class was put through our detail department for a full buff and hand wax. The front bumper is beginning to experience some very minor fade in a small section- see photo. The car has been completely inspected underneath from front to back and is solid as a rock with no rust as any well cared for, garaged CA/AZ car should be. The car is also accident free, and retains all original sheet metal. All chrome trim, glass, and rubber seals are in great shape. Scratches, minor imperfections and signs of usage have been documented in the photos above.

The interior is in very nice original condition all around. The last two owners used the car with sheepskin seat covers to preserve the original materials! The dash and door panels are in very nice condition with zero cracks or damage to be noted anywhere. The tan leather seats are all in very good condition and look almost new, which shows the quality of leather used in this car. All wood grain is in excellent condition with zero flaws or cracks. The carpets are all very nice are not worn or damaged. The car also includes a original set of genuine Mercedes mats. All dials and controls function as they should, power windows and antenna also are fully functional. The sound system is also very nice with the Factory Becker CD sound system and CD Changer. All lights, gauges switches, and accessories work as they should. The trunk compartment is very clean and does have the original jack, tools, and the original spare tire and wheel. This car is all there and in excellent shape with all functions and accessories working as they should.

Mechanically, this S320 runs GREAT! This car has been completely serviced from front to back and has zero issues. This S-class was just put through our detail shop for an inspection, fluid service and ac service! All fluid services are up to date, brakes are excellent and the car just recently Yokohama Advan tires!

All in all, this is THE cleanest and nicest S320 that I have had the privilege of being associated with. It has been professionally maintained and truly loved by its previous owners. This Mercedes is a fantastic car for the price and includes every option offered in this car. The car has a super clean Autocheck report, as well as Carfax. It also has a clean Arizona title, confirming Actual Mileage.

At Close of Auction
All Arizona Buyers must pay 8.1% sales tax!

All successful winning bidders will be responsible for a non-negotiable $399 Document Processing Fee in addition to the winning bid amount.

The successful "winning" bidder must telephone us within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction.

Full payment must be received within 7 business days of the end of auction. Payment must be either by cashiers-check, cash (In-Person) or certified funds. The parties agree that this contract shall be construed under the substantive laws of the state of Arizona , that the state courts of Arizona shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any action brought to enforce the terms of this contract or over any action arising out of the underlying transaction (s) with seller and venue may be had in the Maricopa County Superior Court of the state of Arizona.
