How to Use

Charge before first use. Connect via USB cable until fully charged (approx. 5 hours). The device can also be used while charging.

Insert your leg into the massager. Slide your calf into the sleeve and secure with the zipper and velcro fasteners for a snug, comfortable fit.

Power on and select your mode. Press the power button to start, then cycle through the 5 massage modes (Auto / Relax / Meridian / Acupressure / Shiatsu) to find your preferred setting.

Adjust intensity as needed. Use the intensity controls to customize the compression pressure to your comfort level.

Relax and enjoy. The smart memory function will save your preferred setting for next time. Recommended session: 15–20 minutes per leg.
