Todd English Collection Wine Sceptre keep temperature & swivel top for pouring
This piece measures about 13" long when assembled. Designed to be used after a wine is opened and inserted into a bottle of pre-chilled wine to keep the wine at the perfect temperature. O-rings seal the bottle and allow for the swivel top to be moved to open or close the bottle, and pour the wine without removal. Instructions show a grape cluster crown stopper but this one is an orange jewel design.
Unknown if used or not - no problems, nicks, scratches, etc. If used, then lightly. Original box, and there is a warranty card, and instructions for use and care, however warranty is probably not usuable. Bottom of the box has remnants of a label.
