【Item Description】

Lakewood A-14CP. Purchased used from a famous musical instrument store in August 2019, serial number #289250, manufactured in 2018. Everything in the photos is included. There is no warranty.

I would occasionally take it out of the guitar case to play, but it was not in constant use. The processing of the wood joints is very beautiful, making it a guitar like a parquetry work. I didn't want to scratch it, and I didn't end up using it as a guitar with a 12F joint specification that I would always keep nearby and play, so it has come to this day. Now that I am older, I feel sorry for the guitar that it is only played occasionally even though I own it carefully, so I have decided to let it go.

The back and sides are mahogany, but unlike the Martin D-18 (which I used to own), it has a very rich and warm sound. It sounds like the wood is resonating. This may be due to the 12F joint. I think it is more suitable for fingerpicking than strumming. It has wooden tuning pegs that match the guitar design, but I think they are a little delicate for this guitar. They squeak a little when starting to tune.

The string height is 2.25mm on the 6th string side and 1.75mm on the 1st string side. I have not adjusted it at all since purchasing it. It has Elixir strings on it, but the 3rd string broke, so I have put on a string from another company. I will include one set of Elixir light strings.

I made a transparent pickguard myself to protect the top. The photos show the pickguard attached, but I will remove it and send it along with the guitar.

The L. R Baggs Anthem produces a rich sound that doesn't sound like a piezo (using a Da Capo 75 amplifier), but I thought the Mix controller, which mixes the two pickups, wasn't working well, so I had the Tru-Mic Gain adjusted a little at a musical instrument store the other day when I put it up for sale.

It is a small and easy-to-hold guitar. I plan to protect the original guitar case with air caps and ship it.
