Storage

Immediately after shooting, it is placed in a closed container with desiccant and stored for 24 hours and 365 days in a temperature and humidity controlled warehouse.

All products, including cameras and lenses, are stored in a temperature- and humidity-controlled warehouse 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Packing

By weight and shape of each product, I use 13 kind of cushioning materials and pursue safety and weight reduction.

Returns

We accept returns when notified within the applicable return period, provided that the item is returned in its original condition.
