Travancore 1916 Conch 4ca. pink type 3 Wmk B upright overprinted type O1 with an irregular line-perforation 12 on medium-thin paper, also showing the inverted "O" variety, unpriced as mint.

There are horizontal bends at bottom from the lower part of the Wmk, as usual.

Otherwise no thins nor tears.
