This is an authentic retired vintage Constat Per Recordum road sign that measures 30x30. This sign is commonly found or was in Hudson County New Jersey as that is where I got it from. It has a woman with the words Constat per recordum, which is a Latin legal phrase that translates to "it is certain by the record" or "as appears by the record". I have several of these signs varying in condition so more will be coming. It has some scratches from the years of service, some fading of the yellow paint, and a ding from something heavy hitting it but it’s extremely minor, and some other “imperfections”. With these “imperfections”, it is a unique sign that you will probably never be able to get again.
