This item is in excellent condition with the exception of two small circular stains on the top (one which is hardly visible -see last photos) and also with minor superficial cracks (not structural by any means), which are present as a natural part of the burl's characteristics or due to the wood's natural tendency to expand and contract with changes in humidity .
