Fun and unusual vintage advertising sewing kit designed to resemble a can of peas from Lucky Stores – Lady Lee Fine Food. When closed, the case looks like a small grocery can with bright green graphics and a bowl of peas. Inside is a compact sewing kit with needles mounted on a gold foil card, along with a vintage needle threader labeled “Made in Germany.”

These novelty kits were often distributed as promotional items by grocery stores or food brands and are now collectible pieces of advertising ephemera. The interior is lined in dark green felt and the case folds neatly closed.

The graphics include a small imprint reading “Frank Kraus, Los Angeles 36,” likely the printer or promotional supplier.
