➤ I send your orders with UPS Express Cargo, your carpet will be delivered to you within 3-11 days under normal conditions.

There may be delays from time to time due to address and customs conditions.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We produce your orders specially for you. These carpets, which are specially produced for you, are delivered to the cargo after passing the quality control. I do not accept returns or exchanges except for manufacturing errors.
