This innova automatic paper towel dispenser works well and comes with the under cabinet mount and the hardware as well.

I was given this dispenser, and the only thing I noticed is that when it reels the excess paper towels back in, the motor is louder than when it dispenses them. I’m not sure why. It’s not obnoxiously loud, but it is noticeably different then when dispensing. Otherwise, everything works great with it. I tried to show a few photos of it in action.
