Parcels will be sent via a tracked courier service however, there may be some delay at custom and clearance. Made to Measure products would take an extra 5 business days to prepare and dispatch.
RETURN POLICY: Return hassle free within 14 days from the day you received item. All refunds will be processed after receiving product at our facility. Returns must be posted within 14 days to receive a full refund. All return Shipping fees will be buyer’s responsibility. Custom made items and incorrect size order are not eligible for exchange or return. Return policy in valid for products that are not same as described or damaged only.
