PARTS ONLY.  Zoom ring is super tight and when it does zoom, you can hear grinding in lens. Rear lens mount has a missing screw, and a screw that seems like it has come up and it not fully screwed in. Rear mount looks like it has some wear. Lens does have quite a bit of dust in middle and near front element (kind of everywhere in lens).
