I do not have the professional skills to grade coins or bills so please review the pictures carefully. As far as I know this coin has not been cleaned.

At this time, I am unable to ship internationally. The low shipping is offered with Ebay envelope which can take several days. On this posting Ebay envelope shipping for free, upgrade in shipping will be paid by buyer.
