Hat is in good condition. It does show signs of wear. It has a signature underneath the bill that appears to be Gary Payton’s no COA comes with it. I’ve checked other verified signatures of his and it looks to be a good early signature of him but I cannot say for sure. Payton did play in this tournament. The signature was with a pen and is faded. Please see attached pictures so that you can see exactly what you are purchasing.
