New-Imperfect condition!

New old stock with light surface irregularity to footed
base. The top of the silver-plated base only has a few
speckles of light blistering on surface when looking
closely (no peeling) but is still beautiful and with a
shiny finish. Comes in original box. Never used.

topped with clear, slender crystal bowl.
• The top of footed base features a whimsical
bas-relief raised silver-plated signature
