I am offering an Aeronca Champ or Aeronca Chief Hold Down Floor Board Fitting. This is the smaller of the two clamps required, measuring nearly 5/8th inches (the jaw).  As with everything I offer, this may be returned for a full refund for any reason. 

This item was not produced under any production authority from the FAA and may only be suitable for use on experimental aircraft, boats, cars, motorcycles or other non-aviation installations.  Use on certified aircraft will require some method of FAA approval.
