This item is a vintage Green River Whisky advertising watch fob from the early 1900s. 

• It commemorates "Highest Awards" won by the whiskey at various world fairs, including Paris (1900), St. Louis (1904), Liege (1905), Portland (1905), Milan (1906), and Jamestown (1907). 

• The fob indicates the whiskey was "Used for the past 12 years by the U.S. Marine Hospital Service" as a medicinal product. 

• It was manufactured by S.D. Childs & Co. in Chicago.
