Resetting Chips
When ink levels show empty, unclipping the cartridges from the printer so the chip no longer makes contact inside the printer for 30 seconds will reset the level to full.
Save time of refilling cartridges with external ink tanks.

RETURN POLICY
This order is covered by 30 days Money back and replacement policy. If you are not satisfied our goods, you can have your money back within 30 days after receipt. If you find any faulty cartridges, please contact us by eBay messaging for a free replacement.
NOTICE: All replacements and refunds will be issued only after we’ve received the item back. Please contact us by eBay message before you return any cartridges.
