Designed for emergency roadside use such as wheel removal or vehicle towing, this kit was originally supplied with the vehicle from the factory. Shipping Policy

  • We ship within 1 business day Mon-Fri via USPS Ground Advantage / Fedex Ground. No shipping on weekends and National holidays.
  • Estimated delivery dates are provided by eBay and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays may occur and are outside our control.
  • We will ensure safe delivery to the address on file. If you're using a reshipping service, please note that our ability to assist with any issues that arise after delivery to the reshipper may be limited.
  • If you need Priority, Overnight or any other kind of shipping, please message us before purchasing to confirm availability and cost.
  • Orders outside the 48 continental U.S. states are handled via eBay International Shipping.
  • Large Items Shipping: ENGINE, TRANSMISSION, SEATS, DOORS, TRUNK LID and other Large items are shipped via Freight. Must indicate commercial address at the checkout with loading dock or forklift available. (addresses of restaurants, offices hotels will not be accepted). 2. Installation Responsibility

We are not responsible for labor costs, installation fees, or any other expenses. All parts should be installed by a qualified professional.

3. Tampering / Misuse / Improper Installation

Returns will not be accepted if the part shows signs of misuse, tampering, modification, or improper installation.

4. Warranty & Returns

Used parts come with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery.

Returns are accepted only if the part is returned in the same condition as received.

Free return shipping is available for small and mid-sized parts. For larger or freight items, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

No returns will be accepted after the warranty period has expired.

Important Note: Items listed as 'for parts', 'not working', or 'damaged' are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or refund.

5. Return Packaging & Condition

When returning an item, the buyer is responsible for:

  • Proper packaging — the part must be returned in the same or similarly sized box.
  • Ensuring the item is complete and undamaged.

If a return arrives incomplete or damaged — including damage during return shipping due to improper packaging — we will deduct the corresponding loss from the refund.

If an item is returned in oversized or unsuitable packaging that results in additional shipping costs or damages, these costs will also be deducted from the refund.

Returns must be packaged securely and appropriately to ensure safe transit.

6. Core Returns / Part Swaps

We only accept returns of the original part purchased from us. We do not offer compensation for items not sold by our store.

7. Shipping Damage / Issues

Inspect your item upon delivery. If damaged, contact us immediately with clear photos of both the part and the packaging.

If there's an issue with your order, please contact us before leaving feedback. We're happy to help and aim for fair resolutions. All inquiries are answered within 24 hours or less, excluding national holidays and weekends.
