The British Royal Mint’s Music Legends Collection shines a spotlight on British music icons that we all know and love. Freddie Mercury, born Farrokh Bulsara, was the iconic lead singer and pianist for the rock band Queen. Known for his flamboyant stage presence and four-octave vocal range, Mercury is considered one of the greatest singers in rock history.
