Item may come disassembled with minimal instruction

Extra items will be included in purchase being two additional bathtubs to maintain product integrity. The pieces are appropriate to this model and time of manufacture although furniture does appear to NOT be fully complete. However, several nice items are in each of the 5 rooms for play. We are not seeing any rust or any heavy scratches from use and this item is an ambassador of the time.

We have not attempted to bend the roof creases back into shape & have left it as it is and it does seem to add a bit of character. We will leave it up to the buyer/collector to make any corrections if desired.
