We are a small business that gets recycled technology from drop-offs and recycling events. We do our best to test and make sure the item passes high-quality inspections. However, we can't control the conditions the item was originally in from the original owner. Beyond that, we do our best to sell at or below market value, giving our customers a fantastic product at a reasonable price.


Shipping

All our products ship same-day if ordered ON or BEFORE 3 p.m. EST, otherwise products will be shipped the next business day. If ordered after that time on Friday, orders will be shipped the following business day, which is Monday. We do offer international services through eBay's Global Shipping Program; we do not choose the countries we can ship to. If your country isn't provided as a "ship to" option, we sadly don't ship to it.

We are more than happy to accommodate damaged shipments or tested items that fail to work and offer a return. Items marked as "FOR PARTS" in the Item Condition are FINAL SALE and sold as-is. Returns are not accepted for these items. All other items are guaranteed to work.
